From Rosalie's Heart

A Company of Women International
 
With God's help I will impart His heart for A Company of Women.  He began
speaking to me about A Company of Women 33 years ago but it actually began 10
years ago, April 25, 1996 with 9 women around my dining room table.  "Heart
Friends" began saying to me, "Gather us together so we can be there for one
another, to worship together, pray for one another, share our hopes and dreams
from God and love and encourage one another to fulfill our destinies in Him, and
A Company of Women was born."  We only have two rules - ask the Holy Spirit and
do what He says - and communicate because without communication there is no
intimacy with the Lord or with each other.  We also say, "It is alright to do it
wrong and it is alright to do it right because God is big enough to cover it
all.  In that kind of an atmosphere women are not afraid to fly because they
know they will be loved and encouraged and not criticized and condemned."
 
On May 9, 1996 the Lord gave me a foundational word about A Company of Women. 
"A Company of Leaders coming together across this land.  (We believe that all of
God's women were born to be leaders.)  Women of excellence, together we will
stand.  Prophets, apostles, singers, dancers, intercessors, teachers, who can
imagine such a group!  But together, upholding one another, what a mighty troop! 
Can you see them, their radiant faces uplifted in praise and thanksgiving to the
Lord above?  Deferring to one another, reaching out with strength and love.  A
gaggle of women it has been said.  A flock of Geese, flying into the victory
formation as they are led.  Flying into the wind, a fearless group are they. 
For within their hearts they know, the Lord will always have the last say. 
First a group here, then a group there, springing up across this land. 
Interconnected together, covenanted together, with faith to reach out a hand. 
To uphold and strengthen, with courage to say, 'With the Lord God, my Maker, and
you my friend by my side, together we shall walk into this new day'. 
Proclaiming, prophesying, releasing and applying God's healing power to all we
meet.  To some around the world and to some across the street."
 
A Company of Women is an ever growing, interconnected network of women, who walk
together in love, faithfulness, honor, trust, joy and committed communication. 
A Company of Women was born out of covenant relationships.  First came a life
changing covenant with Jesus over 30 years ago, to be in intimate, day by day, loving
communication with Him.  Then through the years He put in place many lifetime
loving covenant friendships that are now an important part of A Company of
Women.  From the beginning, covenant intercession has been firmly in place.  It
is covenant heart relationships that will be a living picture of God's love to
the world.  Covenant means, staying together when the going gets tough: an
unbreakable relationship.  God is a covenant God.  As A Company of Women, this
is our goal, to be united together in love, grace, mercy and truth.  To be women
after God's own heart.  Women joined hand in hand, forming a circle around the
world, to encompass those who have never felt the love of God.  Providing a
place of refuge, worship, prayer, healing and hope for whosoever will.  To honor
one another, pray for one another, protect one another and encourage one
another.  To stand firm in faith, believing God for the unbelievable, the
impossible and the inconceivable.  That's the kind of love that sets women free
to be all they can be to fulfill their destiny.
 
We dislike hierarchy, separation and control, and avoid "titles".  We simply try
to "facilitate" what the Lord shows us to do, and step-by-step He's been showing
us how to walk in love, in His freedom and simplicity, while we worship Him and
release His women to be all they are destined to be.  Religion in the past has
focused on "Doing for God".  But Jesus said that the two most important things
we could do are love God and love His people with a passion.  Religion is form
without substance, promising love but doesn't deliver, because it demands
conformity.  The Lord has said that A Company of Women will be known for their
lavish worship and love for God and for one another.  It's just as important to
play and laugh together as to pray together.  And God is right there with us
enjoying it as much as we are, cheering us on.  Only that kind of love will
bring His women out of isolation and out of the wilderness, to know they are no
longer alone.
